1. Our Craft Promise

Every pair is made-to-order with precision, passion, and patience. Due to the bespoke nature of our shoes, subtle variations may occur — a hallmark of true artisan work.

2. Ordering & Payments

  • Orders may be placed online at www.patinapk.com.

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan.

  • Orders outside of Pakistan may be prepaid, subject to available payment methods.

  • Prices listed are in PKR and inclusive of all duties and taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped within 7–9 working days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order is dispatched.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, customs, or force majeure are beyond our control, but we remain committed to timely communication.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer hassle-free exchanges in case of sizing issues or product defects.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Shoes must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, contact our support team via WhatsApp or email.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • After this window, production may have begun, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including images, designs, text, and logos — is the property of Patina and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for perfection, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.
